More Air, More HP: The 928 Motorsports custom intake runners are optimized for maximum performance from your 32v motor. They are a perfect fit to your heads after porting and large valves are fitted as per our CNC porting process here.
Quality Made: The intake runners are molded with a SLS process (Selective Laser Sintering) direct from the CAD file, for unrivaled accuracy and control. Two materials available, Glass Fiber (GF) reinforced, and Micro-Carbon Fiber (MCF) reinforced.
Adaptable: Our intake runners are designed to make your final intake system configuration a breeze. Mounting flange already provided for Individual Throttle Bodies (ITB's), or single or dual-plenum manifolds - whatever you like. And, because of the strength and location of our reinforcing fiber, you can have a large single plenum without concern that head movement during block expansion will damage it. Top flange already grooved to receive sealing O-rings (included).
Boosted or Naturally Aspirated: Tested up to 40 psi and at 220 deg Fahrenheit, these intake runners survived over 16,000 pressure cycles without any damage or deformity. They can handle your boosted or naturally-aspirated configuration!
Lightweight and Tough: The Nylon GF manifold is half the weight of an aluminum manifold the same size, and the Carbon Fiber version is lighter still! Takes weight off the important front-end of the car.
Installation Notes: The water bridge will need to be modified to allow room for our larger intake runner at cylinder #1. If installing on a boosted car, additional mounting studs to the heads are recommended.
