Stainless Brake Lines

Chassis Split in 1983: If your VIN is before #1386 (last four digits), order the 82/83.5A brake lines. If after #1386 (last four digits:, order the 82/83.5B brake lines. Stainless steel braided lines will give you the firmest brake pedal you have ever felt – as there is virtually no expansion of the rubber hose when the brakes are applied, ALL the hydraulic force is applied to the pads directly. The result is a rock-hard and predictable brake pedal. All race cars and racing regulations require stainless braided lines – and no wonder! Each kit includes 2 front and 2 rear brake lines, crush rings, and new banjo bolts where required.
